The Digital Kit is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available in the market to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity.

Who can request the Digital Kit?

Business

Between 1 and 250 workers and self-employed people who meet the requirements established by the Government for the application of the Digital Bonus.

Segment l: 10 to 49 employees: €12,000
Segment II: 3 to 9 employees: €6,000
Segment III: 0 to 2 employees: €2,000
Segment IV: 50 to 100 employees: €25,000
Segment V: 100 to 250 employees: €29,000

You will have to contact us as digitizing agents, and we will act as intermediaries with the government.

What are the requirements to apply for the Kit?

  • Be a microenterprise, small business (up to 49 workers) or self-employed.
  • Not to be considered a company in crisis.
  • Be aware of tax obligations and against Social Security.
  • Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared illegal aid.
  • Do not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17.
  • Be registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and retainers of the State Tax Administration Agency
  • Do not exceed the minimum aid limit - all subsidies granted by EU states of less than €200,000.
  • Have the evaluation of the Digital Maturity Level according to the diagnostic test on the Acelera SME platform.
  • Have the tax domicile in Spain.
