The Sky's The Limit

What is Erasmus+?

It is a European Union’s programme that aims to support education, training, youth, and sport.

Erasmus Plus is continuously evolving as it offers more mobility and cooperation opportunities in higher education, vocational education and training, adult, and school education (including early childhood education and care), youth and sport staff.

Moreover, it focuses primarily on social inclusion, sustainable and eco-friendly solutions, digital transitions, and on the promotion of youth’s participation in democratic life.

What does the new Erasmus+ programme bring?

The new Erasmus+ work programme is greener, more inclusive, and more digital than ever! With actions open to all ages, it offers valuable opportunities for organizations to grow and cooperate.

KA2 new elements include the Partnerships for Innovation support projects. These Erasmus+ funded projects strive for achieving systemic impact at the European level, by extending the deployment of the project outcomes to a European scale and/or by transferring them into different thematic or geographical contexts. The thematic areas that they focalize, are crucial factors for Europe’s growthcompetitiveness, and social cohesion.

The Erasmus+ Partnerships for Innovation include the following actions:

Alliances for Innovation and Forward Looking Projects

Institute of Entrepreneurship Development centers in on the:

Erasmus+ Key Action 2: Cooperation Among Organisations and Institutions. Erasmus+ Key Action 3: Support to Policy Development and Cooperation

We prioritize the following topics for Erasmus+ project proposals:

Promoting social inclusion and improving the outreach to people with fewer opportunities

Awareness raising on environmental and climate-change challenges

Increasing capacity and readiness of education, training and youth organizations to manage the shift towards digital education
