Setting up your recognition system with Awards is quick and easy. Our intuitive platform allows administrators to configure user accounts, set monthly point allocations, and customize recognition categories in just a few simple steps. With seamless integration options and a user-friendly interface, your team can begin recognizing and celebrating achievements in no time.
Registration: Done by an administrator with a form that includes first name, last name, email, company, and department. The member receives an email with access information.
Login: Via email, Google, with the option to remember the password.
User Management: Monthly points configuration, qualities, badges, and public or private dashboards.
- Claps: Thanks, Good Job, Impressive, with the option to add qualities, emojis, files, and GIFs, and determine visibility and anonymity.
- Awards: Use monthly points, with qualities and badges, and options for visibility and anonymity.
- Nominations: Voting for people based on company values, configured by the admin.
For Admin: Total recognitions sent, available points, badges sent and received, filterable by department and period.
For Everyone: Podiums for claps and awards, visible according to admin configuration.
